1. 1st Attempt made within 3 days (Regular Service)
2. We guarantee 3 attempts at 3 different times for a flat fee of $55.00

The following Process Service fees are based on non-volume services:

• Within the DC Metropolitan Area $55.00 *
  Fee Based on Process Service being effected on 1st attempt at a business or residence in the following areas listed below:

Maryland: Montgomery & P.G. Counties

Virginia: Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William & Loudoun Counties

District of Columbia: Entire district

• Outside the DC Metropolitan Area but still within MD & VA $85.00 *

• Richmond, VA (Within city proper) $85.00 *

• Baltimore, MD (Within city proper) $85.00 *

• Frederick, MD (Within city proper) $85.00

*Covers first 30 minutes and then $50.00 per hour wait time thereafter. This is in the case of documents not being properly prepared etc.

*Driver records can only be obtained from DMV with current subpoena/ summons. $50.00 per hour wait time after 30 minutes.
